Introduction:
The Finance Management (Inventory & Accounts) package has been designed on a broader scale so that it can accommodate itself into any type of Inventory Management work having any type of items. The striking feature of the package is its ability to keep details of a variety of items in various units of measurement. Purchase, Receive and Return are built with keeping the stock at the center. An operation of any of these automatically updates the stock. The stock registers of all transactions are also recorded instantly.

The most important module is the Accounts module. With this the user is able to create Purchase Orders and Sales Billing instantly, even by comparing the item prices of previous orders. The best part of all these is that the user need not wade through tons of paper to process an Order. In all the transaction where money is involved be it cash or credit, the appropriate entry is made in the Account books.
Maintaining the Journal entries and keeping track of Cash/Bank transactions are easier and less prone to errors. A gist of the accounting activities supported are Account creation, modification and deletion, Account group creation like Assets and Liabilities, making appropriate entries for Cash deposit, Debit note and Credit note. The most important part of all Accounting procedures is the reports. And there is plenty of it in this package to suffice all the requirements. Some of the reports are Trading Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Receipt Payment statement, detailed Journal, Customer/Supplier List and Ledger, Item list, Stock Register and ledger.
