Introduction:
The basic aim of the package is to streamline the Patient Care process. This is achieved from the electronic registration and monitoring the patient queue. The patients now need not get stuck in front of the room of the Doctor but can patiently wait for their turn to be announced. In the registration process, the patient has the option to choose for a general or specialized treatment. The availability of any Doctor can be found at the click of a button. The room scheduling of the Doctors is also done for maintaining an efficient time schedule.

It has all the necessary modules like - Administrative Services, Registration Module, Nursing and Ward/OPD Management, Medical Records and Patient Care System, Employee and Payroll and Finance and Accounting. The other modules included are Inventory Management, Training, Camp & Rehabilitation Programmes, Research and Laboratory Information System, Eye Bank, Supplementary and Maintenance Services and finally System Maintenance. From the list of modules it might be quite clear that the package covers virtually all aspects of a general eye hospital. Any other functionality if required can be easily built into it.
