Introduction:
The MEDICINE package takes (intensive) care of all the activities of a medicine store. Such a store may deal with Human or Vet-nary Medicines. A Dealer or a Stockiest of Medicines can also make ample use of this package.
Initially the individual medicines are entered to the Stock dividing it properly according to Human/Vet-nary, composition, Syrup/Tablet etc. Once the Stock items are entered the available quantities of each are automatically increased or decreased basing on Purchase or Sale of the particular medicine. These are directly linked to processing of Purchase Orders and Sales Billing.

Major Modules:
The most important of all is the Accounts and Stock module. With this the user is able to create Purchase Orders instantly, even by comparing the item prices of previous orders. The other works related to Stock like Purchase Receive and Return, Sales Order processing, Stock updation etc. are also conducted smoothly. The best part of all these is that the user need not wade through tons of paper to process an Order. In all the transaction where money is involved be it cash or credit, the appropriate entry is made in the Account books.
Maintaining the Journal entries and keeping track of Cash/Bank transactions are easier and less prone to errors. A gist of the accounting activities supported are Account creation, modification and deletion, Account group creation like Assets and Liabilities, making appropriate entries for Cash deposit, Debit note and Credit note. The most important part of all Accounting procedures is the reports. And there is plenty of it in this package to suffice all the requirements. Some of the reports are Trading Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Receipt Payment statement, detailed Journal, Customer/Supplier List and Ledger, Item list, Stock Register and ledger.
