PORT OPERATION SYSTEM (POS)The Port Operation System (P.O.S.) is the computerization of the entire day-to-day work done for the traffic department in a build, operate and transfer basis. Which consists; Automation of Import/Export of cargo through Sea, Road and Rail with storage details of different Consignee/Consignor. The POS also does management of Labour and the Equipment handling.

VIDYA (INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
This Software Package has been designed keeping in mind the entire college activities begins from the very vital process of Student admission to issue of mark sheets. VIDYA is not intended to store data only. It has been designed to smoothen the workflow by reducing repetitive tasks.
It covers all the usual process like student admission, subject allotment, fees collection, exam scheduling, producing marksheets etc. Staff details are also kept along with their payroll. Other details include managing college administration and keeping track of income and expenditures
HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The basic aim of the package is to streamline the Patient Care process. This is achieved from the electronic registration and monitoring the patient queue. The patients now need not get stuck in front of the room of the Doctor but can patiently wait for their turn to be announced. In the registration process, the patient has the option to choose for a general or specialized treatment. The availability of any Doctor can be found at the click of a button. The room scheduling of the Doctors is also done for maintaining an efficient time schedule.
E-ESTATE (REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
The e-ESTATE package as the name suggests caters to the needs of Real Estate dealers, Builders, Plotters and landowners. It has three basic modules - Payroll, Estate Bookings and Accounts. The payroll module takes care of the Employee management activities like maintaining Employee details, Salary structure, Leave and Loan details, daily attendance etc. The primary objective of the module is to reduce the overheads in salary calculation by automating the process. Hence once the Salary structure is maintained the only work that remains to be done is maintain the daily attendance and enter the leave and loan details. The system then takes care if the additions and deductions like installment payment, loan advances, etc.
LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Managing a bookstore and an associated library has its own complexities. The Books package is a complete solution to manage and monitor all such activities. The package can be used both by large Book Stores to purchase, store and issue books to other sub stores and by a Library to maintain a book store and issue books to its members. The ten modules of the package have been designed keeping in mind the importance, ease of use and complexity of each of the work area.
E-MOTORS (VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM)
The e-MOTORS package fulfills the needs of Vehicle Sales and Service for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers etc. It also serves the work process of Vehicle Showrooms and Authorized dealers. The Sales part of the package begins from the Customer enquiry and ends with the actual booking and sale of the Vehicle. The Vehicle Stock is updated accordingly. The Service part first checks the warranty details to determine whether it shall be a free service or a paid one. After the service is carried out the job card for each vehicle serviced is maintained. Next, the quantity of each spare part used in the service is deducted from the stock and is billed for the customer.
VEHICLE SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE
The SCHEDULE VEHICLE MAINTENANCE package is designed specifically for Vehicle Maintenance and Spares Management. Initially, all the Vehicle Details are stored including the schedule work to be done like Engine Oil change, Air Filter cleaning etc. These schedule works are done at some regular intervals say for example every 5000 km or once in a month. The package is responsible for generating warning reports to properly indicate the forthcoming work to be done. It also records all vital information regarding spares used, mechanics involved etc. Reports are generated accurately at the click of a button, which can be viewed before being printed.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The EMPLOYEE AND PAYROLL package has been built to exclusively handle employee and payroll management in small and large organizations
Let us take a deeper look at it. Initially only the employee details and salary structure is required to be filled. The attendance of each employee is taken into account to calculate the salary. Not only this, the leave and loan details are also considered for this purpose. The salary slip produced has all the details like earnings and deductions.
MEDICINE PACKAGE
The MEDICINE package takes (intensive) care of all the activities of a medicine store. Such a store may deal with Human or Vet-nary Medicines. A Dealer or a Stockiest of Medicines can also make ample use of this package.
Initially the individual medicines are entered to the Stock dividing it properly according to Human/Vet-nary, composition, Syrup/Tablet etc. Once the Stock items are entered the available quantities of each are automatically increased or decreased basing on Purchase or Sale of the particular medicine. These are directly linked to processing of Purchase Orders and Sales Billing.
PETROL PUMP AUTOMATION SYSTEM
The Petrol Pump package has been designed to accommodate any type of Fuel Oil Dispensing outlets. The basic operations of such an outlet are Purchasing various fuel oil like Petrol, Diesel etc., stocking them and maintaining details of every day sales. Transactions of other items like lubricants are also maintained.
FINANCE MANAGEMENT (Inventory & Accounts)
The Finance Management (Inventory & Accounts) package has been designed on a broader scale so that it can accommodate itself into any type of Inventory Management work having any type of items. The striking feature of the package is its ability to keep details of a variety of items in various units of measurement. Purchase, Receive and Return are built with keeping the stock at the center. An operation of any of these automatically updates the stock. The stock registers of all transactions are also recorded instantly.
