Introduction:
The e-MOTORS package fulfills the needs of Vehicle Sales and Service for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers etc. It also serves the work process of Vehicle Showrooms and Authorized dealers. The Sales part of the package begins from the Customer enquiry and ends with the actual booking and sale of the Vehicle. The Vehicle Stock is updated accordingly. The Service part first checks the warranty details to determine whether it shall be a free service or a paid one. After the service is carried out the job card for each vehicle serviced is maintained. Next, the quantity of each spare part used in the service is deducted from the stock and is billed for the customer.

The most important part is the Accounts and Stock module. With this the user is able to create Purchase Orders instantly, even by comparing the item prices of previous orders. The other works related to Stock like Purchase Receive and Return, Sales Order processing, Stock updation etc. are also conducted smoothly. The best part of all these is that the user need not wade through tons of paper to process an Order. In all the transaction where money is involved be it cash or credit, the appropriate entry is made in the Account books. Maintaining the Journal entries and keeping track of Cash/Bank transactions are easier and less prone to errors. A gist of the accounting activities supported are Account creation, modification and deletion, Account group creation like Assets and Liabilities, making appropriate entries for Cash deposit, Debit note and Credit note. The most important part of all Accounting procedures is the reports. And there is plenty of it in this package to suffice all the requirements. Some of the reports are Trading Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Receipt Payment statement, detailed Journal, Customer/Supplier List and Ledger, Item list, Stock Register and ledger.
